out and about - 2024

24 February 2024 ............. A better day

After a week of pretty miserable weather it was nice to get a better day - and an opportunity to visit some of the local viewpoints - the Pulpit Hill viewpoint provided some good views - this is looking out over Kerrera towards the Sound of Mull -

Round to the left the mountains on Mull were still in cloud, but with a bit of sunshine on the lower slopes -

And round to the right, the Cal Mac ferry Loch Frisa was returning from Craignure and heading into Oban Bay, with a backdrop of the mountains on Kingairloch just about out of the cloud -
