Typical summer level stuff

Linn

There was a bit a of a hole which was just surfable, but difficult to stay on it.

Just because it was there, I ran down the Linn - an easy run straight down the black wedge and into the white water which was a bit turbulant, but didn`t cause any grief. A slightly easier run would be to come down the black wedge, then veer off to the left to avoid the worst of the turbulence. It looks worse than it is, and you could probably grade it 2+ or maybe 3.

A bit low, but I did get some mediocre taillies

It was surfable, but not easy, and was hard work to keep the kayak on line.

The rest

The rest of the river was a bit of a non-event, I don`t remember any particular highlights.
