It was another cold, clear, and windy day - and again with very good visibility - the cliffs along the South Glamorgan coast were looking good again -
Although it was quite windy the sea seemed to be a lot wilder than I would have expected it to be with very big waves coming in - on this occasion it was quite close to high tide a few days after Neaps, so that was maybe having an effect- the sea at high tide often seems to be rougher than it is when it isn`t high tide - as usual there were big waves around the pier -
Some good lighting effects over the Bristol Channel as the sun was starting to head down to sunset -
The big waves and the high tide meant that the artificial beach was very definitely a no-go area, with the water flowing right up the beach and crashing into the sea wall -
