Friday the thirteenth - and another day of wind and rain.

But somewhere away down to the southwest there was a very brief hole in the cloud cover, and a short blast of a good lighting effect.

And winter is definitely on its away, the gorse is starting to flower, and just sneaking into the left of the picture -
