out and about - 2020
30 June 2020 ................ A classic sunset
The huge area of low pressure which sat off to the west of the UK and which brought several days of pretty foul weather to most of the country slowly moved away during the day, and by evening it was a bit clearer and brighter, and the day ended with a classic sunset -
It was a good one, and it went on producing lots of colour for quite a while - this is a full 15 minutes later, and there was still lots of colour -
Sad to say, the clearer and brighter weather didn`t last, by next morning it was back to the same foul weather as before, low cloud, muggy, little wind, and more rain.
And midges.
They are back with a vengence in this part of the country, and they are loving this grey damp windless weather. Looks like it is going to be a bad year for midges.
