An hour or so later, and another view looking across a low point on Kerrera, taken from the upper deck of the NLV Pole Star, one of the support ships run by the Northern Lighthouse Board -
A different view - this time taken from inside the bridge of the NLV Pole Star - it is a surprisingly cluttered view looking out from the bridge.
Interestingly, it makes you realise just how difficult it would be for someone up on the bridge of a large ship like the NLV Pole Star to see small craft like sea kayaks somewhere out in front of the ship -
