I can`t say I am sorry, the high pressure that has brought the vicious east wind for the last week or two has finally had the boot, and Storm Diana is moving in.
After a quiet night, as daylight broke, a big mass of cloud was moving in, and soon the wind and the rain started.
At Porth Dafarch it was surprisingly sheltered, and there wasn`t any big seas that were worth photographing.
However heading back towards Treaddur Bay, up and over the hill, and it was certainly catching the wind and rain - it was quite a challenge to grab a photo looking across Treaddur Bay to Ravens Point, with Rhoscolyn Head at the back, complete with rain drops on the lens -
Later on in the afternoon, the rain had passed over, but it left a stormy looking sky - and the sun producing a bit of a dramatic effect.
Oddly enough, an hour or so later, down by the coast, there wasn`t much wind, and the sea wasn`t wild at all.
We`ll have to wait and see what Storm Diana brings tomorrow.
