out and about - 2018

04 August 2018 .............. Another good evening

Super weather and another good swim this evening from Aberffraw beach, and amazing visibility across to the Lleyn Peninsula -

 the Lleyn Peninsula

And now for something completely different but rather fun - a rock pool with a nice example of an anemone out in full bloom - although that probably isn`t the correct word for it.

The other thing that was interesting was the grey mass in the lower part of the picture, which was a tight group of some tiny worms of some kind wriggling around on the surface, and involved in some kind of orgy.

It was a busy evening for the insects, because the upper sections of the beach had thousands of sand flies.

A classic bit of summer.
