Some good views this evening from up above Aberffraw across to Yr Eifl -
It was good visibility further down the Lleyn Peninsula - until suddenly it stopped - the far end of the Lleyn Peninsula was hidden by a big bank of fog, and what was so impressive about this bank of fog that it had a really sharp edge.
Here is my attempt to photograph it - it isn`t all that good a picture, but it does show quite well how sharp the edge of the fog was -
Heading up the main road on the way back to Rhosneigr, and a cracking view across to the low angle of the sun and Ynysoedd Gwylanod -
From there it was a bit of a dash to see if I could get to Rhosneigr before the sun set - I sort of made it - I could see a wee bit of the sun as I was heading through the houses, and I just got the last quarter of the sun as I rounded the last building.
However by the time I got my camera out it had gone - if I had got there literally a minute sooner I could have taken a picture of the sunset, but this was all I could get - super lighting all the same.
