Another morning with the same cold northerly air stream - but without the vicious hail storms.
But still the same very good visibility and the same hard lighting away to the south.
Away down at the far end of the Lleyn Peninsula it was very clear, and looked to be a good day down there, with blue sky and sunshine and puffy white clouds.
The Nantlle Ridge was the opposite, with the east end in the shadow of big masses of dark clouds, but the west end a bit clearer, and catching some shafts of sunlight -
The higher mountains on the Lleyn Peninsula were looking very dramatic with the hard lighting at its peak over them - my camera just can`t handle high contrast levels, it is only a mid-range compact, so the autoexposure tends to shut itself down - but it does make some dramatic looking pictures - even though it was broad daylight.
