out and about - 2017
17 November 2017 .............. A wee bit of a sunset
I was on the wrong side of Holy Island to be seeing a sunset out to the west, but up on the high point of Gorsedd y Penrhyn I just got a bit of a view of a very brief sunset showing through a gap in the thick dense clouds overhead.
It is actually a surprisingly good viewpoint, with views up to the Skerries, Carmel Head, right down the northwest coast of Anglesey, all the northern mountains in Snowdonia, and even the mountains on the Lleyn Peninsula.
