A bit of a tour of Caernarfon Castle - it is a huge place - up on top of the Eagle Tower looking down the whole length of the castle - I think that it is the Well Tower on the left, then the King`s Gate. then the Granary Tower, then the North-East Tower at the back.
Opposite the King`s Gate is the Chamberlain Tower, the Queen`s Tower is on the right but not in the picture.
Right along at the far end now, and up on what I think was the Cistern Tower, and looking away back down the length of the castle, with the Black Tower on the left, then the Chamberlain Tower, the Eagle Tower at the back, and the King`s Gate on the right somewhat hiding the Well Tower -
Round to the right, and I think that it is the North-East Tower that you can see part of on the right, and then the Granary Tower, and then the Kings Gate, which is where the current entrance is -
It is a big place, and you would need quite a few hours to see it all, with lots of spiral staircases, passageways inside the walls, rooftop viewing platforms, and displays to view.
