02 October 2017 .............. Super colours long after sunset
After quite a cloudy and windy day, in the late afternoon the wind quite quickly went round from the southwest to the northwest, it got a lot colder, and the cloud started to clear away.
With this colder clearer airstream we ended up with some super colours this evening, long after the sun had set - and they went on for quite a long time.
We also got some quite good visibility all the way down the Lleyn Peninsula, I could just see the very bottom end of the peninsula and Bardsey Island was just visible, however it was all a bit too grey to work in a picture.
