A nice evening, and a much better sunset - and superb visibility - the horizon was so sharp you could cut yourself on it.
The cloud was right down on the whole of Snowdonia, the Nantlle Ridge was just catching the cloud, but the whole of the Lleyn Peninsula was clear, and beautifully silhouetted - here are the mountains, looking good as always -
Heading down the peninsula -
Even the very far end of the Lleyn Peninsula was clear, along with Bardsey Island - and you don`t often see them from Rhosneigr, where you are down at sea level -
Away round to the northwest, and the sun was just about to drop below the clouds, but producing some good lighting effects in the clouds -
The good lighting effects carried on -
Nearly down to the horizon now - still looking good -
The last of the sun before it was gone for good - the colour faded quite quickly after that, but it had been a good one.
