After a fairly miserable day it cleared up a bit in the late afternoon, with a mixture of rather cold clear air and some fairly heavy showers around.
So here are a couple of pictures of the late afternoon sun producing some interesting effects on the clouds out to the west of Rhosneigr -
A bit round to the northwest, and a pair of quite pronounced cumulonimbus clouds -
Nothing to do with the clouds, but something I haven`t ever seen before - down in the bottom left corner of the last picture is an OS trig point right down on the rocks.
I am quite used to seeing them on top of mountains, but it is the first time I have seen one right on the high tide line.
