out and about - 2016
22 November 2016 ............ Almost a sunset
The deep freeze that has surrounded us for the last 5 or 6 days arrived with a bang, and ended with a whimper.
Yesterday it was so cold that the grass stayed white all day just with frost, even where the sun had been shining on it.
Today we woke up to green grass - no wind, no rain, no massive front or storm. It just quietly got warmer.
Thank goodness !
Tonight we had just a suggestion of a sunset - but heh, it isn`t freezing - time to celebrate.
