out and about - 2016
01 September 2016 ............ The hills above Ganavan
Another wet and grey day in the Oban area, so I went for another wander up the hills to the north of Ganavan.
Sad to see that since I was last there someone has taken an off-road motorbike all over the hills and left tyre tracks on all the foot paths.
Around the highest hill they have gone round and round and caused a lot of scarring.
Away to the south there was no view at all, but a wee bit better to the north - this is looking over Duffstaffnage and across to Beinn Lora.
Heading back now, and a patch of sunshine lights up the middle bit of Lismore.
