A good view looking up the coast from the road above Newgale - first there is the headland Dinas Fach, then the headland Dinas Fawr, and then the two islands of Black Scar and Green Scar.
Away in the distance is Ramsey Island.
It looks to be an interesting bit of coastline for sea-kayaking - launching would be possible from the beach at the bottom of the hill - there is a large car park.
Or from Solva, which is very sheltered, but has limited parking and dries out at low tides.
