The same type of clouds again, and more good lighting effects.
These photos were taken mid-morning from Foel, looking across the Menai Straits during an ebb tide to Caernarfon - with Mynydd Mawr, the Nanttle Ridge, and a bit of Bwlch Mawr in the background.
A bit more of an under-exposure has produced this rather striking almost monochrome picture.
Curious about this, I did a bit of digital processing, and I think that it works even better in black and white, probably because of the strong lighting effect.
