out and about - 2014

It isn`t perhaps the most wonderful photograph in the world, but I think it is worth adding to the collection,
Not only was it a fabulous colour of sky, but the Isle of Man was visible quite clearly - in fact I think it is the clearest I have ever seen it.
It is quite rare to see the Isle of Man from Anglesey - I think I have only seen it about 4 or 5 times since I came here.
I think there is a fair bit of diffraction going on - ie, the light is bending round the earth, because you can even see the low bits of the Isle of Man.
I was told a while ago that if you can see the Isle of Man, it is going to rain - however it didn`t, and the next day was another beautiful sunny day.
